Open to both guests staying at Las Mimosas Ibiza and day visitors, you can eat Mimo’s food from our Balinese beds or at the tables set around the swimming pool, in a relaxed setting at lunchtime or with a romantic vibe in the evenings.
For dinner with friends, an informal lunch or a date, the menu includes delicious Italian pizzas and other tempting international proposals. And all dishes are made with high-quality ingredients and careful plating to conquer both your palate and sight.
Mimo’s special food plan
Before we dig into the specialities served at Mimo’s every day in the summer, we want to whet your appetite with a food proposal full of flavour, aromas and a great vibe: our BBQs by the Pool. Every Saturday, from 7pm to 11pm, mouth-watering scents rise from the grill to fill a special menu with tempting proposals for meat-eaters. The menu brings you grilled vegetables with Italian dressing, honey and mustard ribs with salad, free-range chicken with Italian dressing and salad, sirloin steak with chimichurri sauce and salad, lamb chops with salad, criollo chorizo or a mix of grilled meats.
What to eat at Mimo’s
Digging into the daily flavours served at Las Mimosas’s restaurant, kick off with a fantastic selection of starters to share or have all to yourself, like bruschettas with tomatoes and grilled vegetables, boletus and gorgonzola croquettes or tuna tartar with guacamole and chipotle mayonnaise, among other choices.
Pizzas and pasta with an Italian flair
One of Mimo’s greatest appeals is its carefully chosen list of twelve pizzas made in the wood-fire oven, from the classic Margarita and four-cheeses to more creative combinations like pear and gorgonzola or white gorgonzola with squash and caramelised onion.
If you’re feeling like pasta, the menu offers a direct trip to Italy with three specialities, the classic carbonara with guanciale, egg and pecorino, linguine frutti di mare and pappardelle a la bolognese.
Specialities for all tastes
As for its international food, you can choose other delicious and equally tempting proposals, like its Club Sandwich with chicken and bacon, the Black Angus burger with double meat and caramelised onion or our vegan version called Beyond Burger with green pesto or the baked salmon with Hollandaise sauce and vegetables.
The cherry on top: desserts and cocktails
There’s no doubt, dessert makes every meal better. But we warn you, it’s pretty hard to choose only one of our sweet treats. What about pistachio cheesecake with vanilla ice-cream? Or can you hear the chocolate coulant calling you? And our desserts have their perfect match in Mimo’s list of cocktails , like the refreshing Patrón Paloma with barrel-aged tequila and pink grapefruit soda. There’s also space for creamy proposals like the Mud Slide with vodka, Baileys and chocolate ice-cream, as well as fruit smoothies and sangrias, perfect at any time of the day.
The perfect plan: lunch and Day Pass at Las Mimosas
Mimo’s restaurant is open for anyone who wants to relish its food, for a chilled lunch or a Med-infused dinner at sunset. That’s why you can combine it with a Day Pass for Las Mimosas Ibiza’s pool and turn your lunch into the perfect plan.
With your Day Pass, you’ll also get a voucher to use at the pool bar, where you can order one of the pizzas from Mimo’s menu, or any of its other scrumptious specialities at lunchtime to eat at a table or on a Balinese bed. The voucher amount will depend on the Day Pass you choose. There are three options:
Day Pass with sun lounger: €50 voucher to use at the restaurant and pool bar. Price: €60 per person.
Day Pass with Balinese bed and spa: €80 voucher to use at the restaurant and pool bar. Price: €100 per person (2 people minimum).
Morning Pass: it doesn’t include a voucher for the restaurant but it does include breakfast. Price: €40 per person.
