Did you know that Las Mimosas offers you a fabulous plan with dinner and fireworks to celebrate Sant Bartomeu, the patron saint of San Antonio? Join our special party and celebrate Ibiza’s summer traditions with us.
In August, the island hosts many local fiestas, like in the city of Ibiza or Es Cubells, Sant Agustí, Cala Llonga, Sant Llorenç and, of course, Sant Antoni, with its big day on 24th August. That night, on Sant Bartomeu night, there’s an amazing firework display that lights up the entire San Antonio bay, before the music shows planned for the early hours. A traditional yearly event that brings families and friends together every summer and which you can enjoy from our boutique hotel for adults.
Come and see the firework display of Sant Bartomeu at Las Mimosas
On 24th August night, don’t stray far from San Antonio, because that’s where the fiesta will be. Discover it at Las Mimosas, with our special Sant Bartomeu Fireworks Night dinner where you’ll enjoy a welcome cocktail, a menu made up of dishes to share, the sunset, live music from 9.30 p.m. until 11.30 p.m. and the grand finale with a view of the fireworks that are lit at midnight for Sant Bartomeu. The music beat will come from Coän, the Ibizan duo who’ll be playing Spanish and international covers on the guitar.
The best cocktails ahead of the Sant Bartomeu fireworks
Special nights deserve special toasts. That’s why we’ve chosen from among Las Mimosas’ signature cocktails the ones we thought were the most suitable and suggestive for a night filled with celebrations and joy such as Sant Bartomeu night.
Hibiscus and Strawberry Margarita: this sweet cocktail has the mischievous touch of tequila and is perfect for a late night that starts with a firework display. It’s made with Patrón Silver, Cointreau, lime, strawberries and Hibiscus.
Las Mimosas Garden party for two: even if it was originally made for couples, it’s also great to celebrate with other people on Sant Bartomeu night! Especially because we mix it with something that’s typical of fairs and fiestas: cotton candy. What else does it have? June Peach Gin, peach, lemon and pink grapefruit.
