Our boutique hotel sits in a quiet spot in San Antonio bay, a Mediterranean paradise that’s only a few minutes’ drive from some of the most beautiful beaches on Ibiza’s western coast, its famous sunsets and the best restaurants in the area. In its 11 junior suites and 6 suites, each traveller lives their own summer story: some make it their home for two weeks, others come to Ibiza on a romantic trip for the first time or come with friends, then there’s the small family that chooses us for their kid-friendly holiday in Ibiza, or those who return two or three times during the season and are delighted to see us again, or those who prefer to stay put, while others prefer to get about the island as much as they can...

And with our guests come their favourite moments. The sound of the cicadas’ song to the summer, the breeze making its way through the curtains of the Balinese beds, the scent of the fig tree that lightly perfumes the rooms and the ready smile of our staff are some of the times our guests pack away in their case for their trip back home. - Arriving at Las Mimosas Ibiza
Our guests’ smile and their happily surprised expressions when they arrive at our front desk confirm that this is one of their favourite moments. It’s the same for returning guests, as it means they can resume a prior story that left a happy memory from past holidays. We welcome everyone with a Mimosa cocktail (obviously!), ready to help them with anything they may need during their stay. And of course, this is one of our favourite moments too!
- Lounging on a Balinese bed
With or without a book, alone or accompanied, with a freshly squeezed juice or a signature cocktail, listening to a favourite playlist or our choice of Balearic Sound... No matter how it starts, this moment is a favourite among Las Mimosas’ guests. And among non-residents who come with a day pass too!
- The team’s care and friendliness
Yes, we could have personalised it with the names of each team member, but all our staff members are affectionately praised by our guests. Or we could have chosen a specific instant (being welcomed, being looked after at the pool or helped by our front desk, morning greetings...), but they’re all highly rated by our guests. So this is why we’ve brought it all together, as we didn’t want any of your good memories of our staff and our team being left out.

This has been one of the most coveted objects at Las Mimosas this season. Especially for customers who decide to stay at the hotel and enjoy a fabulous pool day. Floating on the water, closing your eyes and focusing on nothing else but the gentle rocking and music make a perfect memory, especially on a pool session and barbecue day, don’t you think?
- Relieve your hunger by the pool with... (insert your favourite dish from our menu)
Our restaurant is open all day long, from 8am till 11pm, so our kitchen is always ready for when hunger strikes and you want something to eat. From among the favourites on our menu, we’d like to highlight the success of our watermelon, avocado and feta cheese salad, the fried squid with chipotle mayonnaise, the double Blank Angus burger or the pear and gorgonzola pizza.
- Afternoon tea on the terrace in your room
After a siesta in a cool suite or a shower at the end of a beach day, one of the favourite moments of tea fans is preparing themselves an exquisite cup of Blackz tea with the kettle in the room. Coffee fans replace this pleasure with a Nespresso coffee.
- The scent of our hand soap
There are experiences lived at Las Mimosas that one wants to repeat -and even seek- back at home. Like the pleasant sense of well-being given by the hand soap of The Grown Alchemist, which is the brand we’ve chosen for all our toiletries. This is a favourite memory among guests who are partial to nice aromas.
- Being surprised by a signature cocktail
There are curious palates that really enjoy the new mixes and cocktail methods. For these guests, one of the top moments at Las Mimosas is sipping the special cocktails mixed by our barman, like the Chile Passion Margarita (Patrón Reposado, Cointreau, lime, passion fruit and chili) or the Watermelon Cooler (Grey Goose, Cointreau, citrus fruit, watermelon and apple).
- Going back to your room in the evening...
... and finding your bed turned down and ready for a good night’s sleep with a chocolate (or a sweet for kids) on your pillow. Small details that bring out a smile, right?
